PRICING

Pricing is structured on a per article basis but a minimum charge applies, essentially to cover sampling and assaying costs. Additional services and non-standard services command additional prices.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Standard Service
Typically 2-3 days (occasionally longer in busy periods).

Early Hall Service
Goods received one day are ready the next day (maximum: 30 articles).

Same Day Service
Goods received by 10am are ready by 4pm the same day (maximum: 10 articles).

One Hour Service
Goods processed and hallmarked within 1 hour of receipt of article (maximum: 5 articles).

PACKETS

Each packet is given a unique number, so you can check the status at any time, by telephone or email.

Packets can be sent to us by post or courier. Packets can only be delivered by hand to our Greville Street sub-office. Packets can be couriered to our Heathrow sub-office by prior arrangement only.

Customers can automatically receive an email when their order is ready for collection. Completed postal packets are returned by registered post. Two levels of post compensation are available: £1000 and £2500.
