Complaints Procedure


We endeavour to apply the highest quality Hallmark in the world, with the best possible service, and if you feel that we have not met these standards please follow these simple steps to help us resolve the issue.

All complaints need to be received within 14 days of the articles leaving our premises.

We will make every effort to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions accessible in the footer of the screen. 

Email us with the following (please make sure a contact name and phone number is present within the email).          

  • Attach photos, invoices or anything else that will back up your claim
  • Quote our packet reference and your account number
  • Details of the issue
