Easter 2026 Opening Hours
On Thursday 2 April 2026 at 12:00noon we will close the counters at Goldsmiths' Hall and Greville Street for the Easter Weekend.
Both counters will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 7 April 2026.

Christmas 2025
Both counters at Goldsmiths’ Hall and our Greville Street office will close at 12.00 on Tuesday 23 December 2025, and reopen at 9.00 on Monday 5 January 2026.

London Trading Standards win 2025 Touchstone Award for “Stamping Out” hallmarking infractions
London Trading Standards – a collective of trading standards teams from the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Camden, Westminster, Hackney, Ealing, Waltham Forest, and Newham, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea – have been awarded the British Hallmarking Council’s (BHC) Touchstone Award 2025, for their role in Operation Stamping It Out. A pioneering hallmarking education and enforcement project, which is delivered by WRi Group on behalf of the London Assay Office.

Price Adjustment 2025
We have made the decision to adjust our prices. This has not been taken lightly. However increased costs of production, and the surge in demand for high priority packet return and for complex marking of articles, have made it a necessity for our business.
