The total number of articles sent for hallmarking at all UK offices in 2015 rose by 8.1% to 10,720,141. The increase was a result of an increase in gold, platinum and palladium. Silver fell by 2%. London’s figures grew by 12.3% and we marked 3,135,312 articles.
