Website card payment issues - please follow these steps

We have recently set up Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for online payments. This means that you need to verify transactions to ensure that they are processed; either via phone call or code sent via text message. This needs to be set up with your card provider/bank.

We are aware of payment issues for saved cards since this implementation and are working on resolving them.
If you are experiencing payment problems, please follow the steps below to allow for payment processing:

  1. Please make sure your invoice address for your Assay Office account matches the address that the payment card is registered to.
  2. Do not use the saved cards feature - enter your card details for each transaction
  3. Make sure your address is correct and that the telephone number field is populated
