Download Invoices in your Online Account
Please follow these simple steps
1. Log in to your online account by clicking on Login in the top right hand corner. If you are logged in already Click on My Account and then View Account.
If you do not have an online account please click here for information on how to set one up.
2. Click on Track Packet and Pay
3. Next to the packet number click on the dropdown arrow. Note: If your invoice does not appear under Tracked Packets it is no longer live on our system. To find this please use the filter and enter the "Date Range" between From and To, or enter your reference or packet number. This will display packets filtered under these conditions and allow you to download the required invoice.
4. Click on the Download Invoice button
Please note you can only download invoices once the packet has been completed and the invoice finalised as other services may be requested whilst work is still being carried out.
