UPDATED: 2022 Christmas deadlines & holiday closing

Goldsmiths’ Hall and our Greville Street office will close at 1pm on Friday 23 December 2022.  We will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

We have had an extremely busy run up to Christmas, and postal strikes and mail strikes have further impacted our turnaround times.

We are suspending our One Hour service for the rest of the year as a measure to help us deal with the work in hand.

Early Hall / Next Day packets must be received by Wednesday 21 December to guarantee completion.  All packets must adhere to our submission and service rules.

We are working hard to complete all work received by 9 December.

One Hour service suspended for week commencing 10 December 2022

As previously stated, our One Hour service will be suspended during RMT Industrial Action on Tuesday 13, Wednesday 14, Friday 16 December.  We have taken the decision to suspend our One Hour service additionally on Monday 12, and Thursday 15 December.

From Saturday 10 December, any work submitted for One Hour turnaround will be processed under Next Day service.  We will assess the availability of the One Hour service for the week commencing 19 December in due course.

We apologise for the disruption this causes. We acknowledge that postal, train strikes and increased demand, have led to longer lead times.  We will be working tirelessly with the aim to complete all work we currently have in before the Christmas break as per our Christmas aims already released.
