A reminder on sponsor's mark punch renewal

How you renew your sponsor’s mark registration has changed. You will now be notified about this in the “My Account” area of the online account.  Six months before your sponsor's mark is due to expire a box will appear there notifying you that it is due for renewal.

Full information can be found here.  Our Terms and Conditions have been updated to reflect this.

Discounted punch available for multi-site users

If you submit your work at both the Hall and the Greville Street office the progress of your packet is slowed while we transfer your punch between sites. From 1 August we will no longer transfer punches.  It will be your responsibility to submit your packets for struck marks to the site where your punch(es) are held.  This will allow our team to focus their time on testing and hallmarking your packets.

However, as we have in-house punch manufacturing facilities in our Goldsmiths' Hall workshop, we are pleased to be able to offer additional punches to affected customers at a discounted part cost rate of £30+VAT.

Please place your order before July 31 2021

Greville Street counter hours - July 2021

Our Greville Street, Hatton Garden office will resume counter hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday by the end of the month.  However, we must also introduce a closure of one hour between 12noon and 1pm to accommodate staff breaks.

Requests for the one hour service have increased significantly.  We feel that a closure for one hour is the best way to manage this demand, while half the team works on packets, and half have their break.

We have considered other options, such as withdrawing the service entirely, but feel this is the best approach to satisfy your requests and ensure staff's wellbeing. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
More details to Greville Street customers will follow on email.
